Tabit AI Voice Service Disclaimer and Venue Responsibilities

Please read this notice before activating or using the AI voice service for your venue. It explains the

service’s limitations, the responsibilities associated with operating it, and the need to maintain a

working fallback telephone number.

In this notice, Tabit, we, us and our mean the Tabit legal entity identified in your applicable customer

agreement or order form. Venue, you and your mean the business entity operating the venue and

identified in that agreement or order form. The person accepting this notice must be authorised to act

on behalf of that business.

1. Your agreement with Tabit

1.1. Your applicable customer agreement, order form and other documents expressly

incorporated into it and made available to you are referred to as the Venue Agreement.

This notice supplements the Venue Agreement for your use of the AI voice service. The

Venue Agreement controls any inconsistency and continues to govern its subject matter,

including pricing, billing, service commitments, liability and termination.

1.2. This notice does not override an existing contractual variation requirement, expand an

existing liability limitation beyond its agreed scope, or replace a right that cannot lawfully

be excluded. Any applicable consumer guarantees and other mandatory legal protections

continue to apply.

1.3. The Services means the AI call handling, reservation, ordering, messaging, routing,

dashboard and related functions that Tabit has agreed to provide and enabled for your

venue. References to a feature apply only where it is included in your service.

2. AI limitations

2.1. The Services use artificial intelligence and automated processes. They may

misunderstand speech, names, accents, background noise or caller intent; give

incomplete, inaccurate or inappropriate answers; miss information; or perform an

unintended action. Mistakes can occur even where the information supplied to the system

is correct.

2.2. Transcripts, summaries, classifications, notifications and dashboard analytics may contain

errors. A confidence score or completion status is not conclusive proof that a conversation

was handled correctly or an action was completed.

2.3. Successful testing or a previous correct response does not guarantee that every future

interaction will be correct. Except for commitments in the Venue Agreement and

obligations imposed by law, the Services do not come with an additional guarantee of

perfect accuracy, uninterrupted operation, completed bookings, sales, revenue or savings.

3. Accurate venue information

3.1. You are responsible for the accuracy and authority of information and instructions that you

supply or approve, including menus, prices, opening hours, availability, booking rules,

cancellation policies, promotions, contact details and escalation instructions. Information

should accurately reflect what your venue can provide.

3.2. Keep information and source systems within your control current. Review material

changes before they are used by the agent, and notify Tabit promptly of errors you cannot

correct through the available controls. Incorrect, conflicting or outdated information can

cause incorrect responses or actions.

3.3. Assistance from Tabit with configuration or uploading information does not by itself

independently verify your business information. This does not remove an obligation Tabit

has expressly accepted to maintain or verify particular information.

4. Configuration and authorised actions

4.1. You must ensure that staff who configure the Services are authorised to do so and

understand the effect of their changes. Approved settings may allow the agent to create,

amend or cancel reservations, place orders, send messages, transfer calls or take other

enabled actions on your behalf.

4.2. Use permissions appropriate to your venue and do not enable an action that you have not

authorised. Test relevant workflows before relying on them and after material changes to

your information, scripts, settings or connected systems.

4.3. You remain responsible for instructions and settings you control. You do not become

responsible merely by approving a configuration for every subsequent AI, integration or

provider error. Responsibility for service failures remains subject to the Venue Agreement

and applicable law.

5. Reservations orders and fulfilment

5.1. Reservations, orders, changes and cancellations depend on the information available and

successful processing in the relevant connected system. A request from a caller, an AI

statement or a transcript alone does not conclusively establish that a transaction was

completed. Temporary availability and provisional holds should not be treated as

confirmed reservations.

5.2. Check transaction status in the appropriate system when there is a discrepancy, failed

action or uncertainty. Duplicate, incomplete, rejected or conflicting transactions may

require staff intervention and direct contact with the customer.

5.3. You remain responsible for operating your venue and fulfilling the goods and services you

sell, including seating, food preparation, collection, delivery, customer service and the

application of your lawful policies. The agent does not itself fulfil those obligations.

6. Fallback telephone number

6.1. Each venue using the Services must provide and maintain its own valid fallback telephone

number for use in the unlikely event that the telephony service is unavailable.

6.2. Add the number through the available configuration or Tabit’s nominated setup process,

check that it reaches the intended person or team, and keep it up to date. The fallback

destination should be monitored during the hours when calls are expected to be diverted.

It should not route callers back into the same unavailable AI call path.

6.3. An absent, incorrect, disconnected or unanswered fallback number can prevent calls from

reaching your venue. Notify Tabit promptly if the number changes or fallback testing

identifies a problem.

6.4. Fallback routing depends on the nature of the outage, the configured routing and the

availability of the relevant networks. It may not operate during all outages and does not

guarantee that every call can be connected. Maintain another appropriate way for

customers to contact your venue where necessary.

7. Human oversight and safety sensitive enquiries

7.1. Maintain suitable staff contacts and review arrangements for material errors, exceptions

and customer complaints. Keep escalation destinations current and ensure the relevant

staff understand how to handle transferred calls and service notifications.

7.2. Do not rely on an AI answer as the sole confirmation of allergens, food safety, medical

needs or another matter where an incorrect answer could cause injury or serious harm.

These matters require confirmation by an authorised and suitably informed person at your

venue. Your staff remain responsible for the safety and suitability of the food and services

they provide.

7.3. The Services are not a replacement for emergency services, professional advice or a

dedicated life-safety system. Transfers, alerts and escalation attempts can be delayed or

unsuccessful. Urgent assistance should be obtained through appropriate emergency

channels.

8. Calling messaging and consent

8.1. You are responsible for ensuring that communications you instruct or authorise are lawful

and that you have the permissions required for your use of customer contact information.

This includes required notices and consents for calls, messages, AI voices, recording and

transcription where those requirements apply to your activities.

8.2. Where outbound or marketing features are enabled, use lawful contact sources, observe

applicable calling windows and do-not-call requirements, and honour opt-outs and

suppression requests. A number appearing in your customer database does not by itself

establish permission for every type of communication.

8.3. Do not impersonate another person without authority, use misleading caller identification

or instruct the Services to contact someone unlawfully. Keep the evidence of permission

required for your activities and cooperate with reasonable enquiries about suspected

misuse.

8.4. Templates, sample disclosures and technical assistance are not legal advice or

certification that your intended use is compliant. Tabit remains responsible for its own

duties under the Venue Agreement and applicable law.

9. Privacy recordings and data handling

9.1. Provide only information that you are entitled to supply and that is needed for the

authorised service. Ensure that notices and permissions for which your venue is

responsible accurately describe the relevant processing. Avoid unnecessary sensitive

information and restrict staff access to customer data.

9.2. Tabit may use technology, telecommunications and infrastructure providers to deliver the

Services. Processing, authorised disclosures, international handling, access, retention and

deletion are governed by the privacy notices and data arrangements applicable to your

service and by law. This notice does not grant unrestricted data-use rights or substitute for

a specific consent required by law.

9.3. Recordings, transcripts and other service records are available only within the applicable

retention arrangements. The dashboard is not a permanent archive. Read the notified

retention arrangements and maintain any separate lawful records needed for your

business through an authorised process.

9.4. Protect information you download or export. Requests concerning access, correction,

deletion or a suspected data incident should be sent through the service contact channels

identified in your Venue Agreement or dashboard. This notice does not change agreed

data-handling rights or duties.

10. ayments and customer refunds

10.1. Where payment functionality is enabled, use only the approved payment flow and

connected payment provider. Do not configure the agent to collect or retain payment-card

security codes, passwords or other credentials outside that flow.

10.2. Confirm payment status in the relevant payment system when necessary. An AI statement

or notification alone is not conclusive evidence that payment has cleared. Your

arrangements for selling goods, refunds, cancellations and chargebacks remain subject to

the Venue Agreement, your payment arrangements and applicable law.

11. ccount security and permitted use

11.1. Protect your login details, use appropriate available security controls, and restrict access

to authorised staff. Remove access when it is no longer needed and notify Tabit promptly

of suspected compromise. You are responsible for your authorised users and the security

of systems within your control, subject to the Venue Agreement and law.

11.2. Do not use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or unauthorised

purposes. Do not introduce malicious code, access another customer’s information,

circumvent security controls, misuse credentials or interfere with the service.

11.3. Except as permitted by your agreement or law, do not copy, reverse engineer or extract

proprietary technology, or resell access beyond your authorised use. Ownership and

licences remain with the relevant rights holders as provided in the Venue Agreement. You

must have permission to use the scripts, recordings, brands and other materials you

supply.

12. vailability and connected systems

12.1. The Services depend on telephone networks, internet connections, AI technology and

connected business systems. Outages, delays, provider changes, invalid credentials, rate

limits or source-system errors may affect performance or prevent an action from

completing.

12.2. Maintain connections, permissions and source systems for which your venue is

responsible, and notify Tabit of changes that may affect the service. An enabled setting or

demonstration does not extend the service scope or constitute a commitment to provide a

future feature.

12.3. The involvement of a technology or service provider does not remove a responsibility

Tabit has accepted. Service commitments, remedies and any lawful provider protections

continue to apply only according to the wording and scope of your Venue Agreement and

applicable law.

13. harges support and incidents

13.1. Prices, usage calculations, included allowances, trial periods, renewals, payment

arrangements and refunds are governed by your Venue Agreement. This notice does not

introduce an additional fee, automatic top-up or payment authority. Raise discrepancies in

usage or estimated charges through the agreed support process.

13.2. Report material errors, failed transactions, unsafe responses and suspected misuse

promptly, with available details that can be shared lawfully. Take reasonable steps within

your control to prevent further loss while the issue is investigated, including using your

fallback contact arrangements where appropriate.

13.3. Support commitments and rights to restrict, suspend or terminate the service remain

governed by your Venue Agreement and law. This notice does not grant an unrestricted

right to suspend service or impose a new termination charge.

14. iability and legal protections

14.1. This notice explains service limitations and your operating responsibilities. It does not

exclude all liability for AI mistakes, outages or service failures. Any warranty exclusions,

liability caps, indemnities, provider protections and other remedies in your Venue

Agreement apply only according to their wording and scope and to the extent permitted by

law.

14.2. Your acknowledgement does not make you responsible for loss caused by Tabit or its

providers where responsibility rests with them under your agreement or law. Equally, use

of an automated service does not transfer your own venue operations, authorised

instructions or legal obligations to Tabit.

14.3. Nothing in this notice excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right, remedy

or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the

Australian Consumer Law where it applies. Describing the service as AI, automated or

intended for business use does not remove those protections.

15. enue acknowledgement

15.1. By selecting the checkbox and clicking Acknowledge and continue, you confirm that you

are authorised to act for the venue, have read and understood this notice, acknowledge

the service limitations and accept the venue operating responsibilities described here,

subject to your Venue Agreement and applicable law.

15.2. You also acknowledge the requirement to provide and maintain a working fallback

telephone number for each venue using the Services. This acknowledgement does not

amend an existing contractual term through a method your Venue Agreement does not

permit.

Checkbox: I am authorised to act on behalf of the venue. I have read and acknowledge the service

limitations and accept the venue responsibilities described in this notice, including providing and

maintaining a valid fallback telephone number for each venue, subject to the Venue Agreement and

applicable law.
