Customer Consent for Integration to Third-Party Solutions

We at Tabit Technologies Ltd. would like to offer you the opportunity to integrate to various services “Services” offered by a variety of Third-Party companies “Third-Party Company”, respectively as part of your use of Tabit’s Restaurant Operating System.

By choosing to enable this interface and use the Third-Party Company Services, you will be required to enter into an agreement directly with Third-Party Company, in accordance with Third-Party Company’s terms and conditions.

By providing your consent herein, you understand that we are not responsible for the Third-Party Company Services or any other services provided by Third-Party Company and make no representations or warranties on Third-Party Company’s behalf.

You agree that for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of the Third-Party Company Services to you, we may share certain data related to your point-of-sale activities conducted through Tabit’s System with selected company to which you chose to provide this API Access Key (“Shared Data“). Third-Party Company will have the right to use and distribute the Shared Data solely for the purposes of delivering services under its agreement with you. In our agreement with Third-Party Company, it has undertaken to keep the Shared Data confidential and protect it from unauthorized use or disclosure. In addition, Third-Party Company shall have the right to aggregate and distribute aggregated data compiled from the Shared Data, provided that reasonable precautions have been taken to prevent Shared Data from being able to identify the data as relating to you or to us (“Aggregated Data“). Third-Party Company will own the Aggregated Data and will have the right to distribute it at its discretion, including the right to provide you or others with industry statistics.

This consent is subject to the terms of Tabit’s Terms of Service.
